A route for connoisseurs: the Croatian south, told through its cuisine — oysters, wine and konobas best reached from the water.
This crewed motor yacht charter is all about the table. From Split it leads south through the islands that locals call the Maldives of Europe — Brač, Hvar, Vis, Korčula — and out to the Pelješac peninsula, home to Croatia’s finest oysters and most robust red wines. Turquoise water between courses; a different specialty every evening.

Day by Day
Day 1 — Split → Bol (Brač)
Embarkation in Split and cruise to Bol on Brač, below the golden spit of Zlatni Rat. First dinner ashore: Brač’s famous *vitalac* and slow-braised lamb under the *peka*.
Day 2 — Bol → Hvar (Pakleni Islands)
Over to Hvar, anchoring off the Pakleni Islands. Lunch at a cove restaurant accessible only by boat, then in the evening Hvar town over a glass of the local Plavac.
Day 3 — Hvar → Vis (Komiža)
The crossing to Vis, the great seafood island of the Adriatic. Dinner in Komiža — the lobster place Jastožera or the long-cherished Pojoda and Kaliope. Try the island’s *viška pogača* and a bottle of Vugava white wine.
Day 4 — Vis → Korčula
A longer leg to Korčula. Dinner in the walled city and the island’s white wines — Pošip and Grk — direct from the source.
Day 5 — Korčula → Mali Ston (Pelješac)
Short crossing to Mali Ston, where oysters are pulled from the bay before your eyes and eaten with nothing but lemon. The peninsula of Pelješac behind it produces Croatia’s most famous red wines — Dingač and Postup.
Day 6 — Mali Ston → Mljet
On to green Mljet and its National Park — two saltwater lakes and a forested island monastery. A quieter day: swimming, hiking and a simple lunch with freshly caught fish.
Day 7 — Mljet → Hvar → Split
The way back north, with a final swim and a final island lunch, back toward Split for a farewell dinner on board.
Day 8 — Split
Breakfast and disembarkation.
