380 berths up the Rijeka Dubrovačka, 6km from the old town. Full superyacht services, the only major marina between Pelješac and the Montenegrin border.

159 berths on the east side of Korčula Town’s peninsula. Walking distance to the cathedral and Marco Polo House.
ACI Marina Vela Luka
120 berths at the western end of Korčula island. Less yacht-focused, more local fishing fleet, but gateway to Proizd and Vela Luka caves.
Marina Pricing — What to Expect
Mooring rates vary by yacht size, season, and marina. Typical 15-metre yacht in peak season:
- D-Marin Mandalina: €120–€150/night
- ACI Marina Split: €120–€140/night
- ACI Marina Korčula: €100–€120/night
- ACI Marina Trogir: €100–€120/night
- ACI Marina Vrboska: €80–€100/night
- ACI Marina Dubrovnik: €130–€160/night
Add ~30% for shoulder season jumps (mid-July to mid-August). Town quays (Mandrać in Hvar, Old Port in Dubrovnik) are 30–50% cheaper but limited capacity.
Booking Strategy for Charter Yachts
For peak season (mid-July–end August), book mooring at popular destinations 2–4 weeks ahead. Hvar Town and Dubrovnik Old Port should be booked the moment your charter is confirmed. ACI Marina has an online booking system; D-Marin Mandalina and Marina Frapa accept email reservations.
