Around Vis, Biševo, the Kornati, and the Pakleni Islands you’ll find crystal-clear, sheltered bays with seagrass meadows and rock drop-offs — ideal directly from the yacht. Early morning offers the calmest and clearest water.
Diving Highlights: Wrecks & Caves
Croatia is known for well-preserved wrecks and cave dives, for example around Vis. Such dives should be arranged with local dive centers — many come to your yacht by arrangement or take you along on site.
Equipment on Board

Best Diving Season & Water Temperature
Visibility in the Adriatic is best from June to October; water reaches 24–26 °C in high summer, and remains pleasantly warm in early autumn with often calmer seas. Those sensitive to cold should plan dives for July through September. For cave and wreck dives, the calmer mornings are ideal, before the Maestral picks up.
Diving Responsibly
Seagrass meadows (Posidonia) and rock ecosystems are sensitive: don’t anchor where seagrass grows, don’t touch or take anything, and in national parks only dive through licensed centers. These rules are the reason why Croatia’s underwater world has remained so intact — and why visibility stays so good.
