The grand southern route: from Split to Dubrovnik, one week along the Adriatic’s most dramatic coastal scenery — as a true one-way passage.

The classic journey south: a crewed motor yacht charter that starts in Split and works its way down the coast island by island — Hvar, Vis, Korčula, Mljet and the Elaphites — to end in Dubrovnik, the walled Pearl of the Adriatic. One-way, no detours, a new harbour every evening.

Day by Day

Day 1 — Split → Maslinica (Šolta)

Embarkation in Split and the short hop to Maslinica, the most beautiful bay on the island of Šolta — a quiet, west-facing anchorage for your first sunset and dinner on board.

Day 2 — Maslinica → Hvar Town

Onward to Hvar, with anchoring off the Pakleni Islands for swimming before mooring at the promenade for Hvar’s celebrated nightlife.

Day 3 — Hvar → Vis

The crossing to Vis, the most remote inhabited island in the Adriatic. Komiža for dinner, the Blue Cave on neighbouring Biševo by tender and silent coves all to yourself.

Day 4 — Vis → Korčula

A longer run (around 44 nm) to Korčula and its walled medieval town. Sunset from the city walls, dinner in the old town.

Day 5 — Korčula → Mljet

Run to Mljet, one-third of which is a National Park — two saltwater lakes, a Benedictine monastery on an island and pine forest down to the water. The greenest stop on the route.

Day 6 — Mljet → Šipan (Elaphites)

A short hop to Šipan, the largest of the Elaphites right off Dubrovnik. Sleepy, suffused with the scent of citrus trees and a final quiet anchorage before the city. Optional detour to Cavtat.

Day 7 — Šipan → Dubrovnik

The final run to Dubrovnik. You sail in beneath the mighty city walls, moor up and spend the evening in the old town — a worthy conclusion to the journey.

Day 8 — Dubrovnik

Breakfast on board and disembarkation.
