Two weeks, the entire coast: from Dubrovnik to the Kornati, three national parks and not a single highlight missed — the grand Adriatic passage.
Two weeks, the entire Croatian coast and not a single day that repeats. This is our most complete crewed motor yacht charter — a one-way journey that begins beneath the walls of Dubrovnik and slowly works its way north through every type of island the Adriatic has to offer: the green Mljet, the remote Lastovo, the walled Korčula, the far-flung Vis, the glamorous Hvar, the long sandy beaches of Brač and finally the freshwater waterfalls of the Krka and the bare white Kornati. With fourteen days there’s time to linger where you please and skip nothing.

Day by Day
Day 1 — Dubrovnik (Embarkation)
Embarkation in Dubrovnik and the first evening within the walls of the Pearl of the Adriatic — the Stradun, the city walls at dusk, dinner ashore. Night in harbour.
Day 2 — Dubrovnik → Šipan (Elaphites)
A gentle first run to Šipan, the largest of the Elaphites — citrus groves, a sleepy harbour and a quiet anchorage to ease into the rhythm of the journey.
Day 3 — Šipan → Mljet
On to Mljet, one third of which is a national park: two saltwater lakes, a Benedictine monastery on its own island and pine forest down to the water. Swimming, hiking and a dinner with freshly caught fish.
Day 4 — Mljet (at anchor)
A full day on Mljet. Paddle across the lakes, cycle the park trails, take the tender to a hidden cove. The first of the leisurely days of this voyage.
Day 5 — Mljet → Lastovo
Across to Lastovo, one of the most remote and pristine islands in the Adriatic — a protected nature park, one of the darkest night skies in Europe and barely another boat in sight.
Day 6 — Lastovo → Korčula
North to Korčula, whose walled medieval town is said to be the birthplace of Marco Polo. Sunset on the city walls and the island’s white wines, Pošip and Grk, straight from the source.
Day 7 — Korčula → Mali Ston → Vis
Start with a morning in Mali Ston on the Pelješac peninsula, where the oysters come straight from the bay, then take the longer crossing westward to remote Vis.
Day 8 — Vis (Komiža & the Blue Cave)
A full day on Vis — the Blue Cave on neighbouring Biševo by tender at the right hour, quiet coves all to yourself and a seafood dinner in Komiža (Pojoda, Kaliope or the lobster restaurant Jastožera).
Day 9 — Vis → Hvar
Across to Hvar, anchoring off the Pakleni Islands where the coast’s finest swimming beckons, before Hvar Town’s celebrated evening along the promenade begins.
Day 10 — Hvar → Bol (Brač)
Round the island to Bol on Brač, below the Zlatni Rat — the shifting golden spit, Croatia’s signature beach. Windsurfing, swimming and an evening on the lively waterfront.
Day 11 — Bol → Split
Run to Split. An afternoon in Diocletian’s Palace — a living Roman quarter full of bars and markets — and dinner at one of the city’s finest kitchens.
Day 12 — Split → Trogir
A short hop to Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage island town of Venetian palaces and narrow stone alleys. A relaxed day and an evening stroll along the Riva.
Day 13 — Trogir → Skradin (Krka National Park)
North to the mouth of the Krka and up the estuary to Skradin. By tender or park boat to the waterfalls of Skradinski Buk for a freshwater swim, then dinner on the riverside.
Day 14 — Skradin → Kornati
Out to the Kornati Archipelago — eighty-nine islands of bare white karst and impossibly clear water, a wild contrast to the starting point two weeks ago. A final night at anchor under the starry sky.
Day 15 — Kornati → Šibenik (Disembarkation)
A short final run to Šibenik. Breakfast on board, a last glimpse of the UNESCO Cathedral of St. James and disembarkation.
